From Port Authority Bus Terminal: Take the A subway train (you can get to it from within the bus terminal) uptown to 175th Street.

From Penn Station: Take the A subway train (you can get to it from within the station) uptown to 175th Street.

From Grand Central Station: Take the Shuttle to Times Square and then transfer the A train to 175th Street.

From George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal: Just go outside on Fort Washington and cross the street. You are there!

From the PATH Train: Get out of the train and walk to the A train. The easiest stop to do this at is 9th Street. From 9th Street you just walk one block south to 8th Street and you can get on the A and take it uptown to 175th Street.

From the Staten Island Ferry: Take the 1/9 Express to 42nd Street (you can transfer to the 2/3 Express at Chambers Street if you want to save time). Transfer from the 1/9 or 2/3 at 42nd Street to the A uptown train. Take the A to 175th Street.

From various Chinatown buses: Most of these buses drop off in midtown at 40th Street or 32nd Street before going to Chinatown. Get off at this stop and walk west to 8th Avenue. Take the A subway train at 34th or 42nd Street uptown to 175th Street
