I have live in Kona for a while now and the vet care seemed to be lacking. I was refered to Dr. Head by a friend who said they had the latest information and equipment to care for my pet. Their staff was wonderful and they acted with great compassion and understanding to my frustration to my pets needs. I was also excited to learn Dr. Head was from here and that his family was still here and he and his wife are raising their children here. It made me feel like he belonged. The other vets I went to didn't seem to see my pets as my family so that help me make the choice to come to Keauhou Veterinary Hospital. They are the best in town. I tell everyone who asks me to take their pets their. Just so you know They are up the hill NOT down in the shopping center.
